CA Employment Development Dept: If your hours have been reduced or your employer has shut down operations because of the coronavirus, you may be eligible for unemployment benefits that range from $40 to $450 per week. The Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service announced that distribution of economic impact payments are underway in the next three weeks and will be distributed automatically, with no action required for most people.
